And after you’ve done that, try this: grab a peice of stationery, notebook paper, letter head and write a heart felt note to someone on your team, in your company, a collegue, or a client that has touched you, you’ve noticed something about, or have been thinking about. Yep. That’s it. And don’t make it something like, “We’d like to thank you for your business,” or “Thanks for pulling together those spread sheets this week.” Be genuine. Be grateful. Be concerned. Be connected. Be present. That’s what writing is all about. And, by the way, that’s what wellness is all about too. Do it. Now.
